Learn to Cook Healthier
It’s true – we really are what we eat! According to scientists, diet is much more important than exercise when it comes to weight loss because we need to eat a balanced diet to give the body the nutrients it needs to facilitate any movement. Whilst it isn’t technically a ‘fitness’ goal, a unique resolution to undertake in 2021 could be in the kichen! After all, learning to cook new and healthy meals can make a lot of difference to your health and wellbeing.
Tap into Skincare
We all tend to forget about our skin when it comes to health and fitness, and research suggests that the vast majority of people don’t have a reliable skincare routine to their name. Unless you are blessed with skin as clear as the sky on a hot summer’s day, it may be time to consider giving your pores some TLC in 2021. As a general guide, every routine should follow three basic steps: cleanser, toner and moisturiser. Any additional products can then be implemented where desired or required.
When it comes to New Year’s Resolutions, our biggest obstacle is often our mindset and motivation. After all, our enthusiasm often starts to dwindle once we lose interest in a particular goal and the most common mistake that people make is setting the same resolution year after year.
